Polish the ontology based on fair-genomes.yml file #121

Based on fair-genomes.yml

  1. Adjusted the classes, corresponding to the modules
  2. Created Data property and object property, which are corresponding to the elements in each module.
  3. Create annotation for each data property and object property.
