Create a color scheme for the skin #203

The colors we've got right now kinda clash with each other. There are color
scheme designers out there. We should use one to create a tetrads color scheme
based on one of our base colors. Then, apply the colors to all colored
elements in the CSS and images.

The only colors I think that really clash are the red headers with the red x
icon. I don't want the red x icon to be a dark red, but I'll think about it.

Well the other one is the blue icon with the link color. Same problem. Dietz
doesn't want generic link colors and he doesn't like red red headers. But they
both work well for icons.

I'm not trying to say which things are colored or even what colors go where.
But i think for things that *are* going to be colorized, we should only use a
max of 4 colors, and that those colors should be well chosen.

I'm not counting as colors: white, black, various shades of gray.
