Add `sample`->`sample_type`->`cell_lineage`? #72

E.g. in the sample referred to in the example data (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/biosample/SAMN01731491), there is an additional cell line field that denotes the cell lineage ("mesoderm" in this case). Is this a general structure in BioSamples? Is this the reason for the extra cell line/type field in the BLUEPRINT data? Investigate..
