Add "My recent polls" to home page #114

The home page adds ‘my recent polls’ which is just the three newest polls from a user. For desktop and mobile.

Well, I was planning on saving this for later, but because you did it already, I might as well pull it into the Priority project 😃

Bug 1 - Hovering over any of the polls in "My Recent Polls" causes them to flicker as if alternating rapidly between hover state and regular state.

Bug 2 - Clicking on any of the polls in "My Recent Polls" seems to do nothing.

Bug 3 - "My Recent Polls" still tries to fetch polls (and hangs) when a user is not logged in. Instead, you should disable that section unless a user is logged in: Screenshot (276)
