make poll url redirect to vote url #192

  1. The link in that tweet doesn't work. This is technically user error -- instead of posting the voting link, they posted the link to manage the poll, which only works for the poll creator -- but it would be nice if the app automatically redirected me to the voting link in this situation, since it's probably a common mistake that poll creators make.
