'Export to RCVIS' button does not redirect #196

The 'Export to RCVIS' button does not redirect to the website. We also got reports from Armin, RCVIS developer, that the poll data is uploaded to RCVIS on button click. So combination of these two results in people repeatedly uploading to RCVIS but never seeing the results.
