I have found two errors in your Rankit.vote User Guide 2.0.pdf. They are in the "Rank your favorite hot beverages!" section.
On page 4, the number of voters displayed is 13 with the voting closed. However, on page 5, both graphics display 14 votes. In the Sankey graphic, there are only 13 votes shown in Round 1 and then in Round 2, there are 14 votes shown. The Single Table Summary does not show all of the rows (beverages) without any indication that some are missing. As such, the vote count increases from 6 in Round 1 to 14 in Round 6.
More seriously, the RCV algorithm appears to be applied incorrectly in the Sankey graphic. In Round 4, Mexican Coffee has 1 vote and Espresso has 2 votes. However, Round 5 reallocates the two votes for Espresso to Coffee instead of re-assigning the vote for Mexican Coffee to the next preferred beverage.
