Emphasize transferred votes and eliminations? #57

User suggests a change to the results to more clearly show transferred votes and eliminations. Full text of request below. For discussion, as this would pretty considerably change the visualization. Perhaps there's also something that can be done with animations (not just color scheme).

Each round should use colors to show specifically which candidate was eliminated and where those votes transferred to! This round from OpaVote shows this https://www.opavote.com/static/img/results-interface.png. Liked the other style of round showing that color coded the bar graphs into sections of votes gained his round versus previous round total, and the separate bar graph for exhausted votes. Robert Smalley, msskrudme@gmail.com

Emily supports the idea of emphasizing transferred votes with a new color, but is unsure about exhausted votes. #77 should be sufficient to emphasize eliminations. Therefore, recommends letting the current design stand and waiting for user feedback.
