This changeset prevents libusrp from trying to access the gpsdo parameter (which is unused with UmTRX). This allows tools using libusrp to start even if the gpsdo parameter was set incorrectly. Especially this allows usrp_burn_mb_eeprom to start, so that you can re-set the parameter in the EEPROM.
