No manual while still giving me RTFM #516

I have attempted to read about configuration options for the app and this is what I got: image How do you propose for me to RTFM if there is no man. Even trying to do --help is attempt of reading the manual. If there are no offline documentation, you cannot give such output

On v0.6.0, Ly now returns:

If you want to configure Ly, please check the config file, usually located at /etc/ly/config.ini.
