Feature Request: Dry Run #589

While this does sound a bit needy, I think it would be nice for there to be an ability to have a dry run, to preview any changes made to the config. I admit that with how ly works, having a dry run in the typical sense would be tough. I figure just printing out a preview of what it would look like to the console would be a cool way to see what your changes look like.

Feel free to close if there isn't a need for it, since it's just an idea.
