Doc improvement for the compiler help message #118

When running the protostuff compiler without any argument, it prints some 
example usage for one module. However, it doesn't say how multiple modules 
should be specified in "modules = foo".
At the end I found out that I have to use comma, but it's stupid that I had to 
look into the source code to find it.

I did a commit(rev 1518) that includes: 
modules = foo,bar
... and a sample entry for bar.
Hopefully that's good enough?
