"latest" tag for npm package set incorrectly #762

The "latest" tag of the npm package is currently pointing to version 2.0.0-rc.2. Shouldn't it point to the latest stable version, currently 1.0.39? Repeat of https://github.com/faisalman/ua-parser-js/issues/758.
