Add subreddit suggestions when typing in the omnibox #1

Pretty obvious we need to use Reddit API here, although I'm not sure what functionalities do they support. Would be pretty cool to add fuzzy search support, too.

Google Google already suggests some when searching in the omnibox. Might just be enough.

I think that these might be just the ones that were already visited on the machine. I was thinking about getting a list of the most popular subreddits from the API that match the given input, e.g. when the user types r/ga it should suggest r/games, r/gamergate, r/gastronomy etc.

And of course google doesn't support fuzzy search, so we won't get r/buildapc with input being r/bap.
