Added Patreon Blacklist feature #103

Adds the ability to configure a list of artists to exclude in scraping. useful if you support artists that exclusively distribute rewards in messages or you support other creators that you don't want to scrape (eg youtubers that only prerelease videos to patrons not art)

includes handling of not configured blacklist and thus shouldn't break if a user updates the scraper but doesn't change the config.
