Add city images #4

Includes update to show the correct images for the selected city

Cool, ideally we'd want to get these down to about ~40k each though. Maybe we can re-export them as 80% quality / run them through ImageOptim. It's a mobile-first site and downloading 1.5mb of images will be slow and a crappy experience

Ok, no worries, I'll get back to Megan- those were the lower quality ones she'd been working on, and there were gaps anyway.

This should now include all the expected cities, with images around the right size
