Updating the Implements description to highlight better that properties that are implemented are not inherited to their extending classes.

Slightly confusing but this is just the runner - not the docs content (we're thinking of changing that, but not right now).

If you could open a pull request on Core (https://github.com/mootools/mootools-core) then I am sure this will be pulled.
