API Detail Pages - Need to Add Method's Class #35

I love the deeplinked method pages but the page title is simpley the method name (ex: "getHeader").

The page should instead have a title of "Request.getHeader" so that we're providing context for the method if the user does comes from a search engine. The class name portion should be a link back to the main class' documentation page.

@darkwing: this is now done, I think. Can you check this to see if it is what you meant?
