Even though on device root works, and the adb shell from the connected PC shows its a root shell (# and whoami returns root) the shell has still the same permissions (and gets a lot of Permission denied messages).
Interstingly, when switching from adb -s DEVICE root to unroot and vice versa it always requests root permissions from Magisk, where it also shows up with the correct name.
