LOS20-A13: Not all cores are initializing. #68

Hello there!

I had to learn this the hard way that only 2 out of the 4 cores in the high-performance cluster is working....other 2 either shows offline or missing depending on the app and in total 100% of the low performance cluster and only 50% of the high performance cluster is working. Despite this, this ROM has great GPU performance and achieved 1700~ in the OpenGL 3 Sling Shot test.

I just realized that its the power saving mode disabling thr cores after investigating...
