Allow skipping lightbox for figures #227

This PR adds an argument to figure.html to avoid lightbox.

This is useful for smaller figures / illustrations embedded in grid layout, etc.

For future reference: skipping review process due to simplicity of the PR and current lack of technical reviewers.
