Wish: macOS/Linux version #25

Hi everyone,

This is a big one, but if anyone is wondering if someone would use that tool on macOS: Yes, here 🖐️.

We are using LiteDB in a couple of our Xamarin apps, which are developed completely on macOS. So for now we only have the option to run a Windows VM to use the tool.

(I thought about porting it myself, but it's too time-consuming right now.)

Probably worth using Avalonia for an app version that would be compatible with Linux and Apple devices.
