Check baro range #32

The barometer entry in the KLN-89 trainer has the following range for barometer entries: 22.00-32.99 inHg 745-1117 hpa

Check if this is correctly implemented in our simulation.

The sim altimeter min/max limits are 948/1084 hPa. That maybe isn't a problem depending on what the KLN does with them.
