fish shell completion #34

Would you consider adding support for fish shell completion?

It is much less painful than writing files for other shells, but I couldn't figure out how to port the current completion scripts.

I'd take a patch for this, but I won't be adding this myself.

I'd like to understand how fish completion works I'm going to read the docs and take a stab at this
