set volume via scale, so as to keep balance #35

The right speaker on my laptop is partially blown, so I like to have the balance set mostly to the left in pavucontrol, but when I increment or decrement the volume with ponymix it resets the balance. If the volume is set via scale, balance is preserved.

Thanks! Merged this with a minor change to remove the commented out parameter.
