Move to a proper linked list so device order isn't reversed
Move away from global data: success, devices lists, etc shouldn't be stored globally in struct pulseaudio_t
Collect state and arguments into structures
Restructure main to try and collect as much common code as possible

Okay, tested it, all commands are verified to work now. Only issue is that it makes no effort to verify that commands and mode match.

Probably needs a better name than ponymux. Also make install won't create a proper symlink against ponymix yet.

Last patch is optional, I suppose.
