Libnotify Replace #51

Notifications for volume events etc can be replaced if they are sent with a known ID. This causes existing volume change events to be replaced by libnotify.

Add functionality to the libnotify hook to include the capability to replace existing volume notifications so there are not many volume change notificationsv

Would be awesome! Looks pretty unmaintained here, though.
