Sorry .. couldnt find another way to reach you .. have searched for over a year #1

Sorry .. couldnt find another way to reach you .. have searched for over a year.. trying to get permission to port Sauerland to Dayz Standalone .. as you have not done anything with it in a very long time. I was going to use my own models.. just wanted to use the base map .. didn't want to do it without asking. Thank you for your time

The Map is my own hard work over two years.

No one is allowed to use this map without permission for other projects. My map is exclusivly a Part of Epoch. The Basemap will not released separatly. If you do so, you are a software Pirate and i will punish Software pirates with the fully might oft he law.

I work since three years on a Update from Sauerland /Ruegen and will be released soon with Epoch!

So here is my answer: „YOU HAVE NOT THE RIGHT TO USE MY MAP OR ANY PARTS OF THE SOURCE, REASSEMBLING/REINGENEERUNG IS FORBIDDEN!“.

I am not pissed off from you. No one knows what i do with the Map in the Background. Yes, i have made no Updates for a long Time, but i work on a portation to ARMA III and at Updates for Arma II/Epoch.

I am in Reallife a Soldier with many foreign assignments, i have only 1 aprox. 3 hours per week to work on it, so that will need Time to rebuild the map. I have worked at Sauerland and Ruegen 8 hrs per Day for 2 Years, so that i am will be angry, when my work will used in other Mods uncompleted. If you will use the map „untouched“ in original Version, it has been a chance to find a way to your Projekt.

To Use my Maps in any Projecets, this rules are given:

Thank you for the modified response .. but I will just move on .. make a map from scratch .. just thought dayz standalone players would love your map , I know I did .. I hosted a server in a2 mod with your map back in the day.. loved the map.. and I'm sure all the players of today that never saw Sauerland back in the day would love your map today. Hope your new map gets received well.

Well, give me a Link to your Project. I will have a look. If it looks good, it will be possible to change my opinions.

If i say yes to use my „Basemap“ the following rules are given:

„- into your Credits must the following sentence : Based on the Map Sauerland from falconsan (http://www. Dayz-ruegen.com)“

„- The Project is non commercial, otherwise you have to pay 5% from your selling price per download/selling“

„- I will have a look into the reworked/changed map, bevor release!“
