update: include all default cri socket locations #9

Noticed we were missing the /run/k3s/containerd/containerd.sock and in fact we should just mount all three default container runtime socket paths.

Next would be to tag the new images after Falco 0.37 is out and then everything should be in a good state for trying it out on the CNCF cluster.
