Proposal for archiving the `kilt` repository #163

The https://github.com/falcosecurity/kilt repository is an incubating project that has had no activity since Nov 2, 2021

I'm unsure if the current @falcosecurity/kilt-maintainers are still interested in maintaining that repository. If yes, please let us know.

Otherwise, if nobody disagrees, we should archive this repository.

Also, please let us know if someone else is interested in maintaining it. It's possible to discuss any revamping proposal at any time, even after the repository has been eventually archived.

I plan to dedicate some time to the project soon - keeping it up to date. I will do it independently as I am not sponsored by my employer to work on this.
