Deprecate and archive `falcosecurity/kilt` project #347

Motivation

The project is no longer a compelling use case since Falco userspace -u instrumentation has been dismissed, and pdig is already archived. Moreover, 2 out of 3 maintainers have been inactive for a long time, and the project is mostly unmaintained.

Core maintainers already agreed on this during the 2023-12-14 maintainers call.
