What this PR does / why we need it:

We decided before to remove all translations from the website. It's already an hard job to keep updated the EN lang, the other languages drifted with time and are almost all outdated. Moreover, us the maintainers, don't have the skills and time to review extra languages.

Absolutely. Sad to see them go, but for now we are unable to maintain them 😢
