new: add some tests for the Falco-driver-loader #21

This PR adds some e2e tests for the falco driver loader.

We just need to update the falco CI job in the following way:

 sudo ./build/falco-driver-loader.test

Moreover we need to add the toolchain to the test job, so clang, gcc, dkms
