Cadence modifies pulseaudio auto-span configuration on start #127

Due to an old bug in pulseaudio - not releasing the soundcard when requested - cadence needed to disable pulseaudio auto-span in order to make jack start with that soundcard. It's very likely to be fixed now, but disabling this requires a lot of testing to make sure it's still the case for everyone..

This bug report will be kept open so we can discuss the situation.

PS: If the alternative method of using pulseaudio bridge is implemented (using loopback), this will no longer be an issue.
