I am getting the same error using Claudia, yet I can load the Studios using gladish without having to change the file name. This would imply the issue is with Claudia and not KDE
Using Claudia the error is
run: failed to stat '/home/studio/.ladish/studios//%26default.xml': 2 (No such file or directory)
using gladish the Studio loads. Once loaded it can be started from Claudia
If I rename the studios by adding the ampersand character in front of the name Claudia will load them
gladish can load them but they appear with & in front of the names
it appears this issue is with how Claudia is reading the file names
