How do I tell what output is which and which input is which in Claudia? #295

I am trying to set up my audio in such a way that I can mix between my Blue Yeti mic and a monitor of my pc audio output. How do I do this, as the Claudia panel doesn't indicate what source is what in terms of output and input.

I had the same question and someone on Reddit said you just need to try to connect two things and if you're able to then you can figure out which one is the input and which one is the output.
