Claudia - Doesn't save Hydrogen files when run inside a Project w/jack session (but it works in a Session) #74

I'm having a weird problem - Hydrogen works great when loaded inside a studio without changing any of the default settings, saving from Claudia works just perfectly. But now that I've finally figured how Claudia and ladish are supposed to be used, and I'm setting up new songs as Projects in a Room.

When loaded in a Project, Hydrogen is not saving it's sessions when clicking the save project button in Claudia. It does actually save properly when I switch the session type to Level 1, but it does not save at all under Level 2 (Lash) or the default Level 2 (Jack Session). Under Jack

I googled around and found this conversation between you and someone having a similar issue http://www.linuxmusicians.com/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=10871 but changing the JS delay to 5 or even 10 seconds doesn't fix it.

Interesting thing is that the sessions DO seem to be getting saved, but only inside of the weird js_apps.1, js_apps.2,etc folders, and not in the root folder of the project where Claudia loads it from. I've done lots of tests with fresh projects, and this behavior is consistent every time.

Ok this is strange.. I just tried it again 10 times in a row on new projects just to make sure (using only defaults again), and this time it randomly worked a few times on a few new projects..but only a few, I got excited for a sec but now I can't get it to work again. Any idea what's going on?
