File->Open dialog doesn't remember previous location #114

It's a minor help when opening a filesystem browsing tool like the File->Open dialog to end up back where you last were the last time you used it. Mine always opens into my home directory, rather than a few directories down where I save my projects. I also might take a look at implementing this one.

qt usually does this automatically, but not always. this is another thing that probably depends on the desktop being used, I think...
