Favourite plugins list in sidebar tab? #1159

Under the Transport tab, an area that lists all the favourited plugins, names that can be dragged onto the rack/patchbay to instantiate an instance.

That is a very good idea, though I would not just put a list of plugins there as-is. On a right-click menu, a list of plugins has to be just that - a list. But on the sidebar, we can make this show a bit more useful information.
