VST 2 tempo sync goes out of sync with tempo change #1221

I tested with metronome plugin on PR 218 to DPF.

When tempo is changed, LV2 metronome syncs fine, but VST 2 metronome goes out of sync.

I also tested VST 2 metronome On Reaper and it works fine on there. So this might be issue on Carla.

Interesting that it is the VST2 version that goes out of sync. Might be carla issue or in DPF.

just to be clear, this happens with carla running as standalone, right?

Yes. I tested on Carla standalone.
