Windows uses the codepage "Windows 1252: Western European". Carla cannot open/save carxp files with filenames which contain umlauts.
E.g. the file C:\WORK\Übung.carxp cannot be opened. Renaming the file to C:\WORK\Uebung.carxp works fine.
