VST3 issues #1832

many VST3 plugins have issues,

for example: pspaudioware masterq2 Right channel does Not work. but VST2,4 works.

since, so many VST3+Wine plugins have issues on Linux, and Carla has different plugin Framework than JUCE for VST3 on Linux, the problem must be the Framework...
