Precompiled binaries on website are obsolete versions #1850

As of this writing, https://kx.studio/Applications:Carla#Download shows

Linux 32bit (requires Qt 5.9 or higher) Linux 64bit (requires Qt 5.9 or higher)
MacOS universal build (requires macOS 10.12 or higher) Windows 32bit Windows 64bit

Fixed in 9028d3c278a584e6e1e875d997267da883287dd2

Carla linux downloads are old because I dont do those anymore, likely I should just remove them, but not today
