I have a paid Brainworx bx_console Focusrite SC Wine plugin. It has VST2 and VST3. Both VSTs are tested working on my Fedora 40 PC. Note that I build Carla and Wine from source (both are using latest commit), so this is not Flatpak Carla.

Paid: Harrison Bass Flow Linux Win Mac "CPU intensive: Requires Fast CPU", has 2x Oversampling, latency, Nice Analog emulation. PSP E27 "Requires Fast CPU" PSP MasterQ1.02 Nice Analog Emulation, No latency, Discontinued! if you ask, they sell a license. >v1.2 has latency. PSP MasterQ2 VST3 has issues, algorithm is a bit different, has latency. ilok drive works ok.
