Carla as LV2 plugin should remember open state of its plugins

I often use Carla as a bridge to wine VST plugins. This would save a few clicks when dealing with those plugins.

Precondition:

Load up carla as an LV2 plugin inside Ardour
Inside carla, add a VST plugin, e.g. Kontakt
Open the Kontakt window and arrange it next to carla
Close carla's window (Kontakt will close as well)
Reopen carla's window from the DAW

Expected behaviour:

Kontakt opens as well, at the previous position

Actual behaviour:

Only carla opens. Manually re-opening Kontakt does restore window position though.

Actually @falkTX would there be any hope of actually embedding wine VST windows inside carla itself, e.g. in the rack view? That'd solve this even nicer, minimizing clutter.

I know the "airwave" guy had some XEMBED wine+ardour trouble though, so there might be dragons.

I have no interest on embedding plugin windows into carla.

A similar / "smaller" request to remembering open state of plugin, for standalone Carla: an "open plugin GUI window on Carla start" property for a plugin instance so that session/window managers/utils with the ability to grab/set window geometry can be scripted to position plugin windows for a session. The system I'd be looking to use it with is that of i3. Maybe other systems could be used to achieve #290

Different to remembering and restoring open windows, though I guess some of the way?

Loading many plugin GUIs at start might be a bit much for load though, I'm currently having to click "Add Plugin" and make sure I then don't move the mouse to get a few Win VSTs to load. Possible idea - a menu with "Off" and a double digit priority/timing system to stagger load order/time?
