MIDI CC ignores mute and solo when seeking #40

Not when playing, but when clicking around with the mouse.

I think this effects program changes too

In other words, if a track contains MIDI automation, the automation will still jump around from value to value when the song position changes via clicking to a different song position or via JACK transport, even if that track is muted or another track is soloed
