Add support/integration for Bayesian version using brms #22

Should there be an option to only install brms if using the Bayesian code? Recently installed the package on another computer and had to go through installing Rtools for brms even though I was planning on just using the frequentist code. Not a big deal, just thought I would bring it up!

I don't believe this is currently still an issue, but will look at it again when brms is fully integrated. It is currently not a dependency for the package.
