Urgent, Bypassing #42

Players who have permission to a warp can forcewarp other players to it. They use /warp {warpName} {otherPlayer}

These is highly damaging as a have a developed prison server and now there is a HUGE exploit, let me know if you can fix or not man, thanks!

Solved with - -simplewarp.command.warp.other
