Stop JiJ'ing Trinkets #13

Due to the size of the Trinkets jar, and to reduce end-user confusion, I've been asked to stop including Trinkets in Scarves and just list it as a dependency. This is reasonable! I'm leaving a note here so I don't forget when I get to updates.
