Updated code to match new style search result page #2

  1. The plugin broke because Library Genesis (or at least most of the mirrors I have seen so far) updated the style of their search result pages. That is fixed.
  2. Also, direct downloads do not work (on these redesigns?), so I added support to open the download page within Calibre's browser to let users download from there.
  3. I moved the list of mirrors to a separate TXT file so even non-technical users can update these. That worked when debugging, but not when in production, so rolled it back.

Thanks for approving. I don't have any further work on it planned, but if I improve on it further, I'm happy to work on a branch in your repo directly. So yes, please give me write access (which will also let me merge this PR).
